MAINTAINS HOLDING RATE OF ITS MAJOR INVESTMENT GCP S.A.
September 10, 2015 - Grand City Property S.A. ("GCP") increased its share
amount by 9.5 million shares (the "New Shares") from 126.49 million shares
to 135.99 million shares. The offer price per New Share was fixed at EUR
15.9. The gross proceeds of EUR 151 million will be used to fund GCP's
growth strategy.
Aroundtown Property Holdings PLC (the "Company") participated in the
offering in the amount of EUR 52 Million. The Company's holding rate in GCP
post the offering is kept at 33.4%.
