Following a book-building process, Aroundtown fixed the nominal coupon of the Bonds at 1.5% p.a., payable annually in arrears. The Bonds are in denominations of EUR 100,000 and were offered exclusively to institutional investors at an issue price of 95.542%. The offer was over-subscribed. Settlement is expected to take place on or around 3 May 2016. Aroundtown intends to apply for the inclusion of the Bonds to trading on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Aroundtown intends to use the amount raised in the issue of the Bonds to fund Aroundtown's acquisitions growth strategy and repayment of existing debt.
